Christmas at DePaul returns to St. Vincent de Paul Church this year for its 15th annual program. Three performances are scheduled for Dec. 8 and 9. As in years past, tickets for this year's performances will be distributed via a lottery

During the program, selections of familiar and classic Christmas music will be performed by the DePaul Community Chorus and an orchestra of students from the School of Music, providing a joyful score to this retelling of our Lord's birth. Members of The Theatre School arrange the spectacular staging for the event.

Performances are scheduled for:

Thursday, Dec. 8
7 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 9
7 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 9
9 p.m.

Community members are welcome to register for the ticket lottery until Nov. 14. Please only enter the lottery once. Those selected through the lottery will be notified on Nov. 18.

Between the 7 and 9 p.m. performances on Dec. 9, the university will host a Christmas party in the Lincoln Park Student Center for DePaul faculty, staff, students, trustees and their families. Santa Claus will share treats with the children and pose for photos.

Unlike most Christmas productions in the city, there is no admission charge. However, the university requests attendees contribute a free-will donation to the St. Vincent de Paul Parish-sponsored charities ministering to those most in need.
