The Society of Vincent de Paul Professors' Global Justice committee invites faculty, staff and students to submit a panel, presentation, media or workshop proposal for the third annual Teach-in on Global Justice Issues. Submissions are due by Thursday, June 30. Submission requirements are available online.
This year's program is set for Friday, Sept. 23. A day-long event, the annual teach-in provides an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to discuss and reflect on social justice issues facing society as the university community begins its new academic year. The program's aim is to call attention to current social justice issues and discuss potential solutions.
Submissions may be individual or collaborative. Multi-person proposals and assembled panels are particularly encouraged. Submit a proposal now.
