Student entrepreneurs from nine universities throughout the Midwest will present their best startup business ideas on Thursday, July 29, in the fourth annual University Pitch Madness competition, sponsored by the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.
A panel of judges will determine the best and most innovative pitch among these visionaries, with $10,000 in potential business funding up for grabs. Judges this year are Colleen Egan, president and CEO for the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition and Institute; Jacqueline Nyenke, founder of One Seven Group; Troy Henikoff, managing director of MATH Venture Partners; and Trenton Dunn, program manager at World Business Chicago.
The competition runs from 5 to 7 p.m. on Zoom.
