For the second year in a row, a team of DePaul students in Don Ingle’s Public Relations and Advertising class has won a competition and been awarded a rare trip from FOX Sports University. This year, students will visit the New York City set of the FOX Sports show “First Things First,” which stars NFL Hall of Famer Cris Carter, Jenna Wolfe and Nick Wright.
The winning DePaul students Elizabeth Parrilli, Jena Lucas, Kelsey Horvath, Richard Schoen and Ally Pruitt will meet with show producers and be in the studio for the morning show on Dec. 11.

Each year, 40 some colleges and universities partner with a FOX Sports Media Group business to address a marketing, research, technology or strategy challenge that the business faces. Students team up to create real-world solutions, products and campaigns to address the business challenge. This year, four DePaul student teams created recommendations for mobile apps that would increase TV viewership of the weekday morning sports program.

"We're beyond thrilled that FOX Sports has honored DePaul and our students in this way," Ingle says.
