The award honors full-time university employees whose leadership and service to the university and our students represent the spirit exemplified by our patron, St. Vincent de Paul.

Nominations may be made online, and the deadline is Friday, April 28, at 5 p.m. Here are the nomination criteria:
  • Full-time faculty and staff and emeritus faculty who are still teaching at DePaul are eligible for this award.
  • Achievement: The nominee has made a significant contribution to DePaul University over a period of time.
  • Spirit: The nominee personally exemplifies the mission and values of DePaul University through forwarding our university mission or living out core values.

Honorees will be chosen by a committee of past award winners, led by Fr. Memo Campuzano, C.M., vice president of mission and ministry. Awards will be presented at the beginning of the fall 2023 term.
