(DePaul University/Jeff Carrion)Animation Career Review has announced its Top 25 Visual Effects (VFX) Schools and Colleges in the U.S. - 2024 Rankings, with DePaul climbing three spots to secure the 13th position. Additionally, DePaul continues to hold the top spot for VFX programs in the Midwest.
DePaul students have the unique opportunity to learn and train with cutting-edge technology, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
One such valuable resource is Cinespace, a 32,000 square-foot professional film stage and production facility located at Cinespace Studios in Chicago, a growing hub for film and television. It features a Virtual Production stage equipped with an LED wall, camera tracking and networked real-time rendering.
Graduates of the visual effects program are prepared for careers in visual effects for film, television, advertising and emerging media technologies, with alumni securing positions at top companies like Industrial Light & Magic, Weta Digital, Technicolor and FrameStore.
