On Dec. 7, DePaul is hosting the World’s Big Sleep Out to fight global homelessness. Want to support the Big Sleep Out in Chicago, but can’t sleep outside that night? Free tickets are now available for the indoor program portion of the event from 7-9 p.m. in the Student Center in Lincoln Park.

The program will feature the voices of people who have been homeless and an original performance from the Trifecta Dance Collective. Musician Frank Turner, a punk and folk-singer and songwriter from the U.K., will also perform a short set. Tickets are available here, and a donation of $20 is suggested.

Nearly 100 people have signed up to sleep out on DePaul’s Quad for the Big Sleep Out. Want to join them? Sign up here.

DePaul’s Institute of Global Homelessness is hosting this event and is the legacy partner for sleep outs worldwide, engaging with them after Dec. 7 to offer IGH’s services to turn the energy and momentum of the event into long-term, meaningful action to end homelessness.
