Refunds are granted for students withdrawing from the university, faculty and staff members terminating employment, or individuals that no longer need parking access. These refunds are eligible for permit holders that have paid for the entire year in advance. We do not offer refunds for quarterly permit holders, payroll-installments, or E/W - Faculty Staff. No refunds with be granted after the 3rd week of spring quarter.
