Transportation and Parking Program
The DePaul University Parking Program offered by Human Resources will let you set aside pre-tax contributions
for the subsequent reimbursement for travel expenses you incur while
commuting to the University. Please visit HealthEquity WageWorks Transit FSA to enroll in the transportation benefit program. More information can be found in the Transportation Benefits section of the Human Resources website.
Transportation Benefits can be used for the following:
- Can be used to pay for commuting expenses with pre-tax dollars and are not subject to federal or state income taxes.
- Transit tickets (CTA & METRA) or commuter parking expenses
Note: The cutoff date to enroll or make changes is the 10th of each month. Payroll Deduction
All
full-time DePaul employees can pay for their parking permit via payroll
deduction. You may choose between a one-time deduction or Bi-weekly
deductions that will be spread evenly among a maximum of 20 pay periods.
The final payroll deduction will be the end of June. Payroll deductions
will begin once the application is processed online through Campus Connect.
Faculty and Staff can park in any surface lot on campus, including student designated parking lots with a permit.

24 Hour Parking
Purchasers of the 24-hour hour permit will be allowed access into the Sheffield Garage and Clifton Parking Deck using their DePaul ID. Faculty and staff can park in any of the surface parking lots on campus. Parking permits can be purchased online through Campus Connect by selecting Navigator from the NavBar (the compass in the upper right-hand corner). Then go to Menu>Self Service>University Services>Parking Permits Online. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information.
School of Music Parking
The School of Music permit will be allowed access into the School of Music parking facility by using their DePaul ID. There is no overnight parking in this garage and is ONLY available for use during regular School of Music business hours. Faculty and staff can also park in any of the surface parking lots on campus. Parking permits can be purchased online through Campus Connect by selecting Navigator from the NavBar (the compass in the upper right-hand hand corner). Then go to Menu>Self Service>University Services>Parking Permits Online. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information.
A limited number of reserved spaces are
available in the Sanctuary Garage for faculty, staff and students. All
Sanctuary permits are sold on a first come basis online through Campus
Connect by selecting Navigator from the NavBar (the compass
in the upper right-hand corner) Then go to Menu>Self
Service>University Services>Parking Permits Online. The garage is
accessible by using your DePaul ID and the entrance is located in the
alley by Sanctuary Hall, between Sheffield and Kenmore. Please refer to

Evening/Weekend Parking
To purchase an evening/weekend permit go online through Campus Connect by selecting Navigator from the NavBar (the compass in the upper right-hand corner). Then go to Menu>Self Service>University Services>Parking Permits Online and follow the instructions. The only option that we are offering this year is a Flat Lots Only. These permits are valid in all surface parking lots after 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day on weekends.
