Frequently Asked Questions

The DePaul pilot shuttle program will provide free transportation between the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses for the spring 2022 term (March 28th – June 10th). You must show a valid DePaul ID to utilize this service.

The shuttle bus will operate between campuses, Monday – Thursday from 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The shuttle service will not run on Memorial Day.

The LPC shuttle stop will be located behind the Student Center in Lot H and the Loop shuttle stop will be in front of DePaul Center on Jackson Blvd. The final shuttle of the evening departs DePaul Center at 10:00 p.m.

Two of the three shuttle buses in the spring pilot program will be ADA accessible. Students can also contact Parking Services 24 to 48 hours in advance to request an ADA accessible vehicle during the spring quarter.

Please be advised the DePaul shuttle will follow University Health & Safety guidelines for mask requirements during the spring quarter.

If your car was parked in a University parking lot and was towed contact Rendered Towing (773) 878-1111, 2019 W Rascher Ave. Any vehicle not displaying an authorized permit is subject to tow. If you were parked on a city street, contact 311 for assistance.

Contact Public Safety at (773) 325-7777 to have a report done.

Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275 and update your vehicle information. If you park your vehicle in the parking lots you risk being towed.

Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275. They can check to see if the problem is with your ID or the reader.

Go to the Parking Services office to complete a Lost/Stolen Access Card form. The cost for an access card replacement is $15.00. If a new DePaul ID is required, please contact ID Services office for a replacement.
