Later this month, Information Services will launch a new user-friendly service portal. The portal will replace the current TSC request system. The cloud-based portal is set to launch Feb. 20.
This new system will act as a one-stop-shop for the vast majority of services IS offers. Ultimately, the portal will help IS serve the university community in a faster and more efficient format.
