Please note although you will need a valid Campus Connect username and password to access the survey, no information from the login process is captured or collected in the survey data. The survey will remain open through Wednesday, April 7, at 10 p.m.
A recording of the provost review presentation delivered on March 29 and 30 is available for viewing here. The recording includes the question and answer sessions that followed each presentation.
