It is with sadness that we have learned of the death of Thomas Foskett, the father of Kathleen Foskett of the Institute for Professional Development. He died on Nov. 8 at the age of 77.
Thomas was the husband and best friend to Geri Foskett (Callaghan), former payroll manager and retiree, father of Suzanne (Zachary Silvers), Kathleen, and Thomas, and doting grandfather of Noah and Ari Silvers.
A proud veteran, he spent his time puttering around his garden, chasing his grandchildren, and traveling with his wife. A celebration of his life will take place once gatherings can take place again.
