We are saddened to learn of the death of Gloria Enit Fred, mother of Norma Hidalgo, assistant director for credentialing in the LAS Undergraduate College Office. Fred passed away on March 27 at the age of 78. May she rest in peace.
She is survived by her brother, Pastor Ivan Gonzalez; three children, Carmen Valle/husband Ricardo Valle, Norma Hidalgo/husband George Hidalgo, Felix Fred/wife Sabreen Fred; eight grandchildren, George Hidalgo, Ricardo Valle Jr., Stephanie Hidalgo, Emmanuel Valle, Alyssa Valle, Veronica Hidalgo, Casondra Valle, Gabriel Fred; and four great-grandchildren, Camila Hidalgo, George Hidalgo and, due in May, Anthony Angel Cruz.
Services will be held on Monday, April 5 at Tyrone Chapel & Cremation Tribute Center, 7820-38th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. Interment at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5750 49th N. St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
