In Phase One of the Project, we collected data from personal interviews and completed Vincentian Leadership Self Assessments (VLA-Self). The findings of this research documents the elements of a Vincentian management science and serves as the basis for curricula, training materials, pedagogy, and organizational development programs.
Our research was conducted as a process of appreciative inquiry—discovering values in behaviors rather than in concepts. Therefore, our research methods were voluntary, collaborative, and participatory and occurred within the greater context of leadership development.
Several articles resulted from this research, available in the Resources section of this website.
