Who is Eligible?
All degree-seeking DePaul undergraduate students are eligible to participate in FYAS. We provide the opportunity to take one or more math, or writing prerequisite courses to first-year, transfer, and current DePaul undergraduates. These prerequisite courses are also offered during the academic year, however we offer students the opportunity to complete the courses over the summer and during Winter Intersession tuition-free. Students are encouraged to participate in FYAS at the beginning of their undergraduate career. However, participation is limited to two classes in their first year to ensure that students complete their math requirements in a timely manner.
If you are unsure if you are eligible for FYAS, contact our office by phone (773-325-7426) or email (fyas@depaul.edu).
