Brain Fuel Week is here to help students with final stress relief

As ​fall quarter finals approach, Brain Fuel Week returns to help students combat stress. From Nov. 11 - 20, DePaul will host a number of events to help students de-stress, focus and stay fueled. 

Week-long events

From Nov. 11-15, students can hunt for rubber ducks across campus. When a student finds a rubber duck, they can bring it to the front desk of the office or building where they found it to receive a free self-care bag. 

Games, puzzles and coloring also will be available the entire week at both the Loop Campus and John T. Richardson Libraries.

Students can reserve cots on any of these days for a 45 minute napping slot with The Ray app. Coloring and puzzles also will be available.
