DePaul's inaugural Gnome Hunt will take place Feb. 5-9, 2018. Here's how it will work: find a gnome on either the Loop or Lincoln Park Campus, and then bring it to the Office of Student Involvement in the Lincoln Park Student Center suite 201. You'll receive two DePaul t-shirts and a Chartwells gift card.

More than 75 student organizations and DePaul offices have adopted a gnome, decorated and named it. The gnomes will be hidden across the university, waiting to be discovered during the hunt.

Gnome "wanted" posters will be posted across the university, and you can link to the student organization's or university office's social media for clues to find them. If you're lucky enough to find one, you won't keep the small, pointy-hatted creature, but some swag and a gift card isn't a bad trade-off.
