The Office of Multicultural Student Success is accepting applications for the 2019-20 Monarch Butterfly Scholarship. This scholarship is an opportunity for returning immigrant undergraduate students who do not qualify for FAFSA. Applications for the 2019-20 Monarch Butterfly Scholarship are due to the Office of Multicultural Student Success by this Friday, May 17, at 4 p.m. OMSS will only accept hard copies of the scholarship application.

Application criteria: 
  • Applicants must be an immigrant student who attended at least three years of high school in the United States
  • Be a full-time, enrolled returning undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
  • Be a non-FAFSA filer and provide a signed copy of completed Institutional Need Assessment Form from the Office of Financial Aid
How to submit:

Paper applications are available in the Office of Multicultural Student Success. Please submit your completed application, with a signed copy of your submitted Institutional Need Assessment Form, to the Office of Multicultural Student Success by Friday, May 17, at 4 p.m.
