​​​Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise the creative team students, including graphic designers, social media team, and photographer/videographer. ​

  • Initiate and/or assist in leading Campus Recreation involvement at campus orientations, information fairs, and other campus events.​

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including marketing strategies and initiatives for the department and individual program areas. ​

Education and Professional Experience

  • MS in Recreation Management from Western Illinois University
  • BA in Recreation Management from Illinois State University
