Specialty Programs

Aerial Conditioning combines strength training, mobility, and skill development using the aerial hoop. The class focuses on building the core, upper-body, and grip strength.

This is a beginner aerial program that will introduce you to the aerial sling. You will learn beginner sling techniques and skills while building your muscular strength and endurance, as well as your mobility and flexibility. No previous aerial experience needed,

AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks.

Teaches foundational strength, flexibility, and body awareness using a suspended metal ring, focusing on basic poses (like Star, Mermaid), safe entry/exit techniques, controlled spins, and gentle conditioning exercises on the hoop and ground to build core strength for graceful, flow-based routines set to music, perfect for adding fun circus-style movement to your fitness routine.

Builds on foundational strength, flexibility, and body awareness using a suspended metal ring, introducing more dynamic transitions, longer sequences, and increased time in the air.

Take your flexibility training to new heights with aerial stretching. In this 60-minute class, we will be working on increasing our flexibility, and mobility, and learning some aerial basics on the sling. We recommend wearing form-fitted clothing that covers the legs.

Never the same workout twice. This high-energy boot camp rotates training styles and spaces each week, using everything from Studio B to the track and fitness floor for a fun, full-body challenge.

This class will focus on Pilates essentials while appropriately progressing to variation to intensify and compliment your exercise regimen to increase your body's strength, flexibility, stamina, and awareness of powerful postural musculas techniques with the Pilates Reformer, mat, and other equipment. It is recommended that participants recently complete at least one quarter of Beginner Reformer and have extensive mat class experience before taking this course.
