This class will focus on Pilates essentials while appropriately progressing to variation to intensify and compliment your exercise regimen to increase your body's strength, flexibility, stamina, and awareness of powerful postural musculas techniques with the Pilates Reformer, mat, and other equipment. It is recommended that participants recently complete at least one quarter of Beginner Reformer and have extensive mat class experience before taking this course.
