AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks.

Take your flexibility training to new heights with aerial stretching. In this 60-minute class, we will be working on increasing our flexibility, and mobility, and learning some aerial basics on the sling. We recommend wearing form-fitted clothing that covers the legs.

This class will take you through a series of achievable balance challenges using your body weight and equipment such as balance boards and Bosu balls to help you increase your ability to control your core anchors and body position. We will work on strength, stability, coordination, and reflexes to improve your body's interaction between your brain, nervous system, muscles, and joints.

Discover the beauty, grace, and strength of ballet in this 5-week adult series designed for all levels. Join us for a fun and active family pickleball clinic where parents, caregivers, and children learn and play together! This beginner-friendly session focuses on basic skills, and teamwork. There must be one adult registered for each child.

If you're training for a fall marathon or simply want to become a stronger runnger, join our Run Strong program! You'll get a mix of strength, plyometrics, mobility, and mindfulness combined with a supportive community that will help you get through the long summer training days. Each week's class will be built with fall marathon training schedules in mind but will be beneficial to all runners.

Our certified instructors will teach you the basics of using the Pilates Reformer and chair. The equipment will help stretch and strengthen your body, with extra emphasis on your core. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their basic Pilates skills.

This one-time workshop is open to all DePaul Students and designed to help build awareness and confidence in recognizing and responding to potentially dangerous situations.
