AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks.

Teaches foundational strength, flexibility, and body awareness using a suspended metal ring, focusing on basic poses (like Star, Mermaid), safe entry/exit techniques, controlled spins, and gentle conditioning exercises on the hoop and ground to build core strength for graceful, flow-based routines set to music, perfect for adding fun circus-style movement to your fitness routine.

Take your flexibility training to new heights with aerial stretching. In this 60-minute class, we will be working on increasing our flexibility, and mobility, and learning some aerial basics on the sling. We recommend wearing form-fitted clothing that covers the legs.

Our certified instructors will teach you the basics of using the Pilates Reformer and chair. The equipment will help stretch and strengthen your body, with extra emphasis on your core. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their basic Pilates skills.

This workshop is open to anyone 16 years and older. Self-Defense provides participants with a strong foundation in personal safety and protection techniques. It begins with basic safety principles and progresses through the fundamentals of self-defense, including effective striking and kicking methods. Participants also learn practical applications of holds and throws to handle real-world situations with confidence and control.
