AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks.

Take your flexibility training to new heights with aerial stretching. In this 60-minute class, we will be working on increasing our flexibility, and mobility, and learning some aerial basics on the sling. We recommend wearing form-fitted clothing that covers the legs.

This class is open to teens and adults and will teach the basics of Aikido, a Japanese martial art involving primarily throwing and pinning. It is a non-competitive martial art that promotes relaxation, focus and a non-aggressive philosophy. Participants should be prepared for falling and tumbling, and may wear regular workout clothes or a plain white karate or judo uniform. Taught by a 4th degree black belt, Chicago Aikikai dojo.

Our certified instructors will teach you the basics of using the Pilates Reformer and chair. The equipment will help stretch and strengthen your body, with extra emphasis on your core. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their basic Pilates skills.

This workshop is open to anyone 16 years and older. Self-Defense provides participants with a strong foundation in personal safety and protection techniques. It begins with basic safety principles and progresses through the fundamentals of self-defense, including effective striking and kicking methods. Participants also learn practical applications of holds and throws to handle real-world situations with confidence and control.

Throughout this program, you will be taken through weekly workouts were the goal is to increase your strength, knowledge on lifting, and confidence in the weight room.
