AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks. This course, which will progressively help you gain flexibility, strength, and mobility.
Aerial Hoop: Foundations (Level 1/2)
Students will focus on building a strong base with essential moves and conditioning techniques. We'll work on mastering fundamental skills, improving strength, flexibility, and control, setting a solid foundation for more advanced aerial hoop work. Perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their basics!

Aerial Hoop: Combo and Flow (Level 2/3)
This Intermediate/Advanced Flow Lyra class focuses on creating fun, flexible shapes within dynamic choreography, taking you from the floor to nearly the ceiling. Prerequisites: You should be able to pike, invert, and smoothly transition between shapes while spinning.
