AERIAL HOOP, also known as Lyra, is an exciting fun challenge to add to your workout routine. Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling that is used to perform various acrobatic and circus-like tricks. This is a 6-week course, which will progressively help you gain flexibility, strength, and mobility.

Intensify your Pilates routine by incorporating the STOTT reformers. The spring-loaded resistance machine is one of the gentlest ways to tone muscle, strengthen joints, and realign the body.

Our certified instructors will teach you the basics of using the Pilates Reformer and chair. The equipment will help stretch and strengthen your body, with extra emphasis on your core. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to refine their basic Pilates skills.

Prenatal yoga emphasizes breath control while doing less physical yoga asanas. Goals include avoiding abdominal compression and twisting. Minor adjustments allow for many standard poses to be continued.

Asthanga (8-Limb) is a system of yoga from India, and our sequence is designed to realign and detoxify the body. Each week we'll build on what we've learned, so you will see real change in your body/practice. Class includes sun salutations, seated poses, backbends, and inversions. Instructor has taught ashtanga since 1998, and will offer modifications and optional hands-on adjustments.

Women-only Self-defense classes are designed to provide participants with techniques to use in the event of a physical threat. Participants will participate in hands-on, physical demonstrations and practice. All sessions are for limited to ages 18 and older. Classes are currently only open to women.

This is a 6-week program that focuses on weight lifting techniques and workouts designed for women. Throughout this program, you will be taken through weekly workouts where the goal is to increase your strength, knowledge on lifting, and confidence in the weight room. Each week will focus on a different component of weight lifting, and the benefits of it for women. This is a woman focused program, where you will learn how to design a program based on your anatomy and physiology - and also how to tailor your workouts based on your cycle. This course is led by our amazing instructor Claire Trinkle! This class is not offered during the Summer.
