In this session, the client and Nutrition Specialist will discuss goals, eating habits, discover healthier choices, and create a plan for the future.
$50 for students/members; $80 for non-members.
Three additional Nutrition Coaching sessions that are scheduled to provide guidance on meal planning, finding recipes and continuing to monitor your progress.
$135 for students/members; $225 for non-members.
