Experience:
Growing up Alex was always
into every sport, but excelled mostly at track & field. Once he graduated
from high school, Alex quickly moved to lifting weights and has done so for the
last 4 years. He spent time during his undergrad degree working with athletes of many
sports. Most recently working with Duke Football strength &
conditioning. Alex is pursuing a Masters in Physical Education DePaul
and has always loved helping others reach their fitness goals.
Training/Fitness Philosophy:
Alex loves taking aspects of training from all parts of exercise and incorporating it into training. He wants to share the knowledge that he has gained to help people reach their fitness goals. Showing up is half the battle and Alex can help to keep clients accountable.
