Experience/Background: 

Growing up Camila played soccer and always loved staying active. Her passion for working out naturally evolved into helping others achieve their own fitness goals, which led to becoming a certified personal trainer. Recently, she expanded her focus into endurance training, combining strength and conditioning with long-distance biking and running to create well-rounded, performance-driven programs. 

Training/Fitness Philosophy: 

Her goal is for every client to feel confident and capable in the gym, to help people build a strong foundation both physically and mentally. Training isn't just about improving your body, it's about improving how you feel about yourself, gaining confidence, and pushing yourself to grow beyond what you thought possible. You're always more capable than you think, and through consistent effort and the right guidance, you can surprise yourself with what you're able to achieve.​
