Experience/Background

Julia has three years of lifting experience and two years of running. She completed a half marathon and is currently training for her first full marathon in October 2026. Julia's athletic background also includes three years of high school volleyball, which helped develop her teamwork, discipline, and overall athleticism. She is passionate about helping others build confidence, improve performance, and create sustainable fitness habits.

Training/fitness philosophy: 

Her training philosophy focuses on building confidence and consistency, helping clients feel strong and capable both in and out of the gym. She is passionate about encouraging women to step into the weight room, take ownership of their space, and improve their quality of life now and for the future. She also believes fitness should be something you look forward to and create an experience that boosts your mood and leaves you feeling better than when you walked in.
