Experience/Background: 
Thendral has been running since they were 12 years old, competing in cross country and track and field meets. He has completed two marathons, Chicago and New York, and aims to complete all seven World Majors. He has trained in taekwondo for over a decade and brings that understanding of flexibility and mobility over to his personal training practice. They also boulder recreationally and enjoy how it tests all aspects of fitness.

Training/Fitness Philosophy: 

Thendral believes that fitness should never feel like a chore and emphasizes bringing fun into their workouts. Challenging yourself physically is a way for yourself to feel better about your body and what you're capable of, and everything you learn in training improves your life in a way that you didn't realize!
