Experience:

Alex has played sports throughout all of his life such as Baseball, Basketball, and Football and now he's a member of DePaul's boxing club. Sports has always been a big part of his life and with that came training. Throughout middle school and high school, Alex worked with powerlifting but after he was done with football in high school, he switched his workouts to focus more on bodybuilding, and this has been consistent since. He is now pursuing a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and planning on going to Chiropractic Graduate School to work as a Chiropractor in the future.

Training Philosophy:

Alex has a deep passion for how interesting and complex the human body really is, and how the body can be trained and benefit from all sorts of Physical activity. Alex uses his knowledge from course work but also from the experience of years within the gym and from hands-on work with others from jobs such as a Rehabilitation Aid and a Chiropractic Assistant. He really believes in helping others with their goals, but also teaching them the "how's" and "whys" of exercises.
