Experience/Background:
I grew up playing sports from soccer to basketball and many in between. Ironically though, it wasn't until I stopped playing competitive sports that I developed a love for exercise and overall fitness. Days on the field/court became days in the gym, on the track, and anywhere else I could get some activity in. Exercise and the gym became a fun world where I could be challenged both physically and mentally.
This passion is what has kept fitness one of the driving factors of my life. It has also been the reason I decided to share my knowledge and love for exercise with those willing to give it a try. I have been on my own fitness journey for over 5 years now and have always looked to help people around me . Professionally I've been training various populations for a couple years. The testimonies given to me from clients let me know my approach to training has a positive impact on their lives.
Some of my other interests include traveling, food (a little too much sometimes), comedy, and the outdoors.
Training/Fitness Philosophy:
I believe that anyone can benefit from the effects of fitness and exercise. A healthy body leads a healthy mind and overall life. I take a hands-on approach at teaching proper exercise selection, movement, and progression so that people feel empowered and excited by working out. My focuses in my training include functional movement, increasing strength, and promoting an overall healthy lifestyle. Respect and kindness is how I lead my life as well as my training. I believe in making exercise engaging so I enjoy collaborating with clients. One key that to me never fails is consistency. I am committed to consistently making myself and my clients better.
