Experience/Background:

With over a decade of experience in fitness, coaching, and movement education, I am dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds' build strength, improve mobility, and feel their best. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist, I specialize in designing personalized programs that prioritize proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term health—whether you're new to fitness, returning from an injury, or looking to take your training to the next level.

I bring firsthand experience in competitive sports, having competed in powerlifting for four years. This experience has given me a deep understanding of strength training, competition preparation, and mental resilience, which I apply when coaching athletes and fitness clients alike.

My background includes working with individuals of all abilities, from high school athletes to adults looking to regain confidence in their movement. Through my work as a Special Education Paraprofessional & Vocational Coach, I have developed a patient and adaptable coaching style, ensuring that everyone—no matter their starting point—feels supported and empowered in their fitness journey.

Training/Fitness Philosophy:

I believe that fitness should be accessible, sustainable, and empowering for everyone, no matter their starting point. My approach is built around proper movement, strength development, and injury prevention, ensuring that every workout serves a purpose beyond just breaking a sweat.

I emphasize functional training—helping people move better in their daily lives, whether that means lifting groceries with ease, keeping up with their kids, or feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies. With a foundation in corrective exercise, I focus on improving movement efficiency, reducing pain, and preventing injuries so that fitness becomes a lifelong journey, not a short-term fix.

Every client is different, which is why I prioritize personalized programming that meets individual needs and goals. Above all, I believe in progress over perfection. Success isn't about being the strongest or fittest person in the gym—it's about showing up, making small improvements, and building a lifestyle that supports long-term health and well-being. Fitness is not just about what happens in the gym—it's about how you move, feel, and live every day.

Let's train with intention, move with purpose, and unlock your full potential—one step at a time.
