Experience/Background:
Joel has trained a wide range of clients from different demographics whether it be one-on-one or group fitness. He played sports all my life and understands the physical and mental toll it takes on one's body. Joel uses his education to help clients get a better understanding of their body and what he can do to help.
Training/Fitness Philosophy:
Joel has an appreciation for the physiology of exercise and takes a more scientific approach to fitness. He is all about correct form and motivating those around him to push themselves. Joel takes his teachings from working with Physical therapist and Occupational therapists during undergrad and incorporates it to the exercises he implements.
