He has been weight training for 6 years and during that time he had many people look to work with him or gain advice from him. This prompted him to stay well-read on the current scientific data regarding weight training, which he is able to pair with his education in neuroscience.

Personal Philosophy: 

Since everyone is a unique person, one's journey with health and fitness will look different than anyone else's. Vincent's primary goal with anyone is to guide them into a sustainable and rewarding path in their journey with fitness. This is done by combining client's goals with his knowledge of weight training and muscle-building to create meaningful workouts with purpose. Progress can be measured in many ways and looks different for many people. When someone works with Vincent, he will seek the best ways to allow them to view and measure their progress!
