Get ready for Open Enrollment with Alex

The Open Enrollment period for DePaul benefits is scheduled for Oct. 28 - Nov. 8.  The HR website offers comprehensive information regarding benefits, including ALEX, DePaul’s virtual benefits counselor who helps you to review options so that you get the most out of your benefits and use your money wisely.

The 2020 version of ALEX will be available by the time the Health Fair begins, and the new link will be posted on the DePaul benefits page. ALEX offers information on a variety of benefits offered to DePaul employees including:
  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Tax savings options
  • 403(b) retirement planning
  • Life insurance
  • Disability
  • Employee assistance program
  • Enrollment information
Please note: ALEX helps you choose benefits, but ALEX doesn’t actually make any enrollment changes for you. You will still need to make your benefit election through myHR. If you have any questions about your benefits, don’t hesitate to contact the benefits team at hrbenefits@depaul.edu.

Make your 2020 benefit elections between Oct. 28 and Nov. 8

Remember to make any desired changes to your benefit elections during the Oct. 28 – Nov. 8 open enrollment period. If you do not want to make changes, you only need to re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Care and/or Dependent Care), if applicable. All other benefits in which you are currently enrolled will remain active. More details about 2020 open enrollment are available on the HR website.
