Performance Appraisals for all full- and part-time staff are due to HR by Monday, Oct. 1. You can access your performance document at go.depaul.edu/myperformance.

Here are some additional helpful tips:
- Give yourself plenty of time - Employees and managers both need time to complete their section of the appraisal. You’ll also need time for your in-person performance appraisal meeting. If you haven’t started yet, now is the time!
- Keep the process running smoothly - Does your document seem stuck? Always check the top right hand corner for the next step. Have you submitted it to your manager? Has your manager clicked “Share with Employee” to send it back to you? Have you clicked “Acknowledge and submit to HR” to send it to us and finish the process?
- Make the changes you need now - Forgot to add something to your document? Need to make a change before you submit your appraisal to HR? Give us a call.
