To ease holiday travel, the university will close early for the Thanksgiving break at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21. To be paid for this time, hourly staff and student employees should use the Early Close time reporting code (ECH) to report scheduled hours not worked due to the university’s early closure in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Salaried employees will be paid as normal and no timesheet entries are necessary for this early closure. Please contact the payroll office with any questions.
As a reminder, the university observes both Thursday and Friday of the Thanksgiving break as paid holidays for full-time employees.
