It’s time again for the
St. Vincent’s Health Benefit Fair. Taking place Monday, Oct. 22 through Thursday, Oct. 25, the fair is a one-stop shop for many of your health and wellness needs. Available at the fair will be everything from information regarding 403(b) retirement accounts to discounted gym memberships to flu shots. You also can enter giveaways and win prizes!

Health Evaluations
One of the most important aspects of the Healthy Vincent’s Wellness Program is the annual health evaluation. You can complete your health evaluation at the health fair, but you need to
sign up before Oct. 18.
Schedule a health evaluation:
- Sign up by Oct. 18 at myinteractivehealth.com
- If you are a new user, enter code K6UV3
- Click “Schedule Now” to choose your appointment time
- You can also call Interactive Health at (800) 840-6100 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If you cannot attend the health fair, you can still complete your health evaluation at a lab.
