Wellness is a year-round activity, but warmer weather makes it easier to get outside and get active. As we approach the warmer months, plan some outdoor activities. The temperatures have remained low for a long time. Those daydreams about sunny, summerlike days will soon come to fruition. May is a perfect time to make plans to earn your wellness points.

Hopefully you are well on your way to earning $300 in the Healthy Vincent's Wellness Program. Perhaps you have scheduled your annual checkups and screenings. Maybe you have already participated in some of our Flash Challenges. Even if you've been a little slow to get moving on the wellness program, there's still time.

For those faculty and staff members who work in the Loop Campus, the Loop Fitness Center is a great place to exercise or take a class all year round. The Ray is a great gym option for faculty and staff based in Lincoln Park.
