There is less than one month left to complete the 2021-22 performance appraisals for full- and part-time staff employees. Performance appraisal documentation is completed in BlueSky and should be submitted to Human Resources by Sept. 1.This annual process provides an opportunity for staff employees and managers to formally reflect upon and discuss accomplishments over the past year. It also is the time for employees to consider their professional development pursuits and communicate how their manager can provide support.
Once the 2021-22 documentation is completed, employees can input agreed-upon performance goals for the 2022-23 performance appraisal period into BlueSky for their manager’s approval.
