DePaul will transition to a more focused approach for the university's 403(b) plan this summer. This focused approach involves Fidelity becoming the single service provider for receiving contributions and providing plan services for DePaul's 403(b) Retirement Plan. Since October 2017, when Fidelity became the provider for all new 403(b) plan enrollments, Fidelity has demonstrated the ability to operate the university's plan and to do so at materially lower participant costs, all in service of our goal of helping faculty and staff achieve a successful retirement.
All plan participants are encouraged to learn more about this change and take any steps necessary to support their individual retirement goals. Detailed information and the resources can be found at www.myfidelitysite.com/depaul.
In addition, DePaul is hosting informational webinars to support employees through this transition. Register today for one of the following sessions to learn about the process and get answers to questions about how the transition will occur.
