All active full-time and part-time, benefits-eligible faculty and staff enrolled in DePaul's medical plan -- PPO, CDHP, HMOIL -- as well as COBRA participants are eligible to earn a $300 incentive for earning 100 points through participation in healthy activities between Jan. 1, 2020 and Nov. 30, 2020.
Examples of healthy activities include: getting a flu shot, getting an annual wellness check, and participating in events like the “All for DePaul Fun Run," a fitness and fundraising event open to the entire DePaul community. For the full listing of activities that qualify for the program, visit the Office of Human Resources website.
To record healthy activities and accumulate points for the Healthy Vincent's Wellness Program, participants can use the new online form available on the Office of Human Resources website. All activities must be completed and recorded by Nov. 30, 2020. Please be sure to indicate the dates you participated in each activity and submit the form once you've included all of your points for this year's program. If you submit multiple forms, the Benefits team will use your latest submission, which may not include all of your points.
Note: DePaul was notified in June 2020 that Interactive Health went out of business after 25 years. As a result, the Interactive Health Wellness Program portal is not available and any points previously reported on the portal are not accessible.
