We all need a little encouragement when it comes to making healthy decisions. When you work at DePaul, you have the advantage of the Healthy Vincent's Wellness Program to keep you on track.
The Healthy Vincent's Wellness Program is a partnership with Interactive Health to provide DePaul employees with tools and resources to gain a better understanding of their health and to achieve their personal wellness goals.
All employees at DePaul are able to set up an account through Interactive Health and participate in healthy activities over the course of the year. In addition, employees who are enrolled in a DePaul health plan are eligible to receive a wellness incentive - premium discount - for earning points through the program.
Some of the activities that earn points through the 2020 Healthy Vincent's Wellness Program include getting an annual checkup, receiving a flu shot, counting your steps and attending a 403(b) financial planning session.
There are also many wellness challenges throughout the year to offer a fun way to focus your health and earn points. The first challenge of 2020 is the Brown Bag Challenge—pack your lunch the week of Feb. 10 to eat and earn.
Visit the 2020 Healthy Vincent's Program online for a complete list of activities and details about the program.
