DePaul Loves SMART Goals Challenge

Can you believe we're more than halfway through the 2019-20 performance cycle? As you're working to achieve your goals, we want to remind you to enter them into DePaul’s ePerformance system.  

As an incentive—and to make the process of entering goals a little more fun—the Office of Human Resources is launching a “DePaul Loves SMART Goals” Challenge. All areas of the university that achieve a 100 percent rate of completion for entering and approving 2019-20 performance period goals into the ePerformance tool by Friday, Feb. 7, will receive a sweet surprise in February from the Office of Human Resources. 

You can access your personal performance document through this secure link at go.depaul.edu/myperformance. After you input your goals, your manager will approve them. For a walk-through of the ePerformance tool, view this step-by-step ePerformance demo.
