The CSS capstone course is designed to support junior and senior level students in capping their community-based academic experiences at DePaul. Students will gain work experience reflective of their respective academic disciplines, while supporting the interest of a community based organization that works with communities in the Chicago metro-area. CSS 395 is a requirement for students electing the Community Service Studies minor and for Community Service Scholars. Students commit to serve 100 hours at their internship site over the course of the academic quarter. Students are also required to attend all scheduled class sessions.
