Submitting a Course Review Application

After an account has been created, the next step of the Quality Matters process is to submit a Course Review Application.

  1. Navigate to https://www.qmprogram.org/mycr/
  2. Enter login credentials and select Sign In.
  3. Select MyCR [A]. 
  4. If not already chosen, select Higher Education [B].

  5. Select Start a Review Application [A].

  6. “DePaul University” should be in the “Institution” field. If it is not, select the field and choose DePaul from the dropdown menu.
  7. Select Confirm Institution.
  8. In the “Select a QMC” field, select Sharon Guan.
  9. In the “Select a Course Representative” field, select your name.
  10. Select Next.
  11. Select the circle next to “DePaul QM+ Rubric.”
  12. Select Next.
  13. Enter the course information in the fields on the next page.
  14. Select Submit Application.
  15. A confirmation will appear.
