Interview Qualified Students On Campus

Connect with a diverse pool of students with strong work ethics, transferable skills and years of practical experience. Students view and apply for your current positions via our online system, Handshake. Through this system, you can electronically review resumes and communicate with candidates who possess the required qualifications and skills. 

To participate in the On-Campus Interviewing Program, employers must have an approved profile on Handshake and post an available internship or post-graduate job on the platform. Interviews can be held at the Loop or Lincoln Park campuses. To schedule an on-campus interview, please email

Exploding Offers & Student Policies

In accordance with NACE's Principles for Professional Practice, we recommend employers give students a minimum of three weeks to provide a decision on a job offer. All students participating in the On-Campus Interviewing Program are asked to abide by the ethical policies and guidelines presented to them during a mandatory orientation session. Reporting Salary Data & Job Offers

We encourage employers participating in the On-Campus Interviewing Program to report salary data and job offers extended to DePaul students. This data is reported to NACE at the end of each academic quarter to help employers monitor salary levels for recent graduates. To report job offers, please contact us at​. ​​​​​​​​
