Scheduling Campus Interviews (both virtual and in-person) at DePaul gives your organization the opportunity to interview a diverse pool of students, with the added bonus of building your campus brand. All interviews are scheduled through Handshake, which eliminates the headache of scheduling multiple interviews. Through this system, you can electronically review resumes and communicate with candidates who possess the qualifications and skills that you're looking for. You'll also have our Employer Engagement team assist in a seamless interview process.
Campus Interview Days Event (Virtual & In-Person)
There will be three (3) scheduled Campus Interview Days, following the quarterly Career Fairs, for hosting your interviews. Interviews will be hosted in our Loop Campus (1 E. Jackson Blvd.) interview suites.
NOTE: We do not typically schedule interviews over the summer due to limited student availability.
Below is an estimated of when Campus Interview Days will be hosted per quarter:

The first step to participate in the quarterly Campus Interview Days is
creating a Handshake account and posting the position you'd like to interview students for. Next, fill out
the registration and our Employer Engagement team will use the information on the form to create your interview schedule(s) and will follow up with next steps. If you have questions or would like to inquire about availability, please email

There is limited availability for campus interviews outside of our scheduled Campus Interview Days. If you would like to do a separate campus interview, please contact our Employer Engagement team at recruitstudents@depaul.edu
- We recommend a Pre-select Continuous interview schedule for all employers who want ONLY students/alumni you have selected as "primary" and "alternate" candidates to be able to schedule an interview slot. These types of interviews will require you to review and select applicants on an ongoing basis. Only candidates that have been selected will be able to schedule an interview slot.
- We recommended an Open Interview Schedule for employers who want ANY student/alumni, who meet the specific requirements/preferences you list in the job posting, to apply and immediately schedule an interview slot with you. These types of interviews will not require review and/or selection, unless applicants do not meet the requirements/preferences.
Yes, you must attach a job or internship to your interview schedule in order for students to apply and schedule an interview with you.
Campus Interview Days will take place either virtually or in-person.
