Report a Problem or Ask for Assistance – Contact the Help Desk

​ When you encounter a problem with or have a question about your site, you can contact the Help Desk.  You can also reach the Help Desk by email at or call (312) 362-8765.

The Help Desk is the best way to address questions or problems with your Sharepoint website.  Login to the Service Portal to create an incident. In the "more information" text field, describe your question or problem. Your question will be directed to the Sharepoint team, and they will provide assistance. Go back to the Help Desk any time and use your Campus Connect login to get updates on the status of your request.
