Previewing Quizzes in D2L

​Previewing a quiz allows instructors to see how it will display to students enrolled in the course.

  1. Select More in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Quizzes.
  3. Select the dropdown arrow next to the quiz name.
  4. Select Preview. 
  5. The Preview Quiz page will open. Select the Start Quiz! button.  
  6. The quiz will open. Review the quiz and select or enter answers. 
  7. (Optional) Select Submit Quiz to preview Submission views or to grade the preview attempt. 
  8. (Optional) Select "Allow this preview attempt to be graded in the Grade Quiz area" to record the preview attempt and allow it to be graded
  9. Select Exit Preview.

Note: If the quiz has a randomized subset of questions, the quiz will need to be previewed multiple times to see all of the questions.
